The city's general permit requires the submittal of annual reports to assist in documenting the implementation progress of the Storm Water Management Program. The document should include:

 

• the status of compliance with the permit conditions;

• an assessment of the appropriateness of the selected Best Management Practices;

• progress towards achieving the goal of reducing the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable (MEP);

• progress towards completing measurable goals for each of the minimum control measures;

• a summary of results of any information that has been collected and analyzed;

• a discussion of activities for the next reporting cycle;

• proposed changes to the Storm Water Management Plan

• reference to any reliance on another entity for achieving any measurable goals
